01 / FIELD GUIDE

What is Liqwa?

Liqwa gives communities around microcap stocks an open way to create their own token markets. Every market is an ERC-20 token with its own ETH reserve on Robinhood Chain. A company name describes the community’s subject; the token is not a company share.

02 / FIELD GUIDE

Create your first market

Open Create, select a company, enter a token name and a unique symbol, then add optional website, X and Telegram links. Choose the supply and exchange rate. Connect an EVM wallet, switch to Robinhood Chain and review the final configuration. Your wallet signs the deployment and pays network gas. After confirmation, open or share the token’s market URL.

03 / FIELD GUIDE

Network & wallet

Use Robinhood Chain mainnet, chain ID 4663, with native ETH. The wallet button requests a network switch and offers the correct network configuration if necessary. ETH on another chain cannot pay gas here. Creation and trading require wallet approval; Liqwa does not sign transactions or hold your private key.

04 / FIELD GUIDE

What you create

The factory creates a separate token contract. Name, symbol, company reference, social links, total supply, exchange rate and creator address are recorded onchain. These parameters cannot be edited through this contract. Supply is fixed, uses 18 decimals and starts entirely in the token contract’s inventory. The creator receives no free token allocation.

05 / FIELD GUIDE

The price formula

Let R be the immutable whole number of tokens per ETH. Buying with E ETH returns E × R tokens. Redeeming T tokens returns a gross T ÷ R ETH, less the 1% redemption fee. At R = 100,000, 0.01 ETH buys 1,000 tokens; redeeming those tokens returns 0.0099 ETH and accrues 0.0001 ETH for the creator. Contract arithmetic rounds down in integer units. Network gas is additional; use the quote displayed before signing.

06 / FIELD GUIDE

Where the reserve comes from

A new market begins with token inventory and zero ETH reserve. Buyers send ETH directly to the token contract. That ETH funds subsequent redemptions. The available reserve is the contract’s ETH balance minus unclaimed creator fees. No broker, stock holding, synthetic collateral, lending strategy or external oracle funds it. Creation alone does not create liquidity or buyers.

07 / FIELD GUIDE

Buying, redemption & transfers

Open a market using its token contract address. The app checks its symbol against the configured factory before showing the trading interface. Buy sends ETH; redeem sends tokens back to the contract inventory. ERC-20 transfers between wallets remain possible. Sufficient inventory, ETH reserve, token balance and gas are required. Tiny amounts can round to zero and must not be submitted. This interface uses direct contract buy/sell functions; deployment does not create a DEX pool.

08 / FIELD GUIDE

Fees & creator rights

The contract charges no purchase fee and a fixed 1% redemption fee. The creator can withdraw only accrued creator fees through claimFees; the token does not expose a creator function to withdraw the trading reserve, mint additional supply or change the rate. Gas is charged separately by the network for every transaction, including a reverted transaction.

Why microcaps?

The starting directory preserves ten small-company research references from the earlier project. These provide different sectors and subjects for community discussion. Historical short-interest observations, where displayed, are dated research snapshots, not live forecasts or proof of a future squeeze. Market capitalization, listings and names can change. The initial ten references are a starting catalog, not coverage of every microcap company.

Contracts & verification

Liqwa has a dedicated permissionless factory on Robinhood Chain. Anyone can create a market through their own wallet. Token symbols must be unique within this factory. The starter contracts and deployment receipts appear below; each market has its own token inventory and ETH reserve. Earlier markets remain accessible through their original addresses. Published source code is not an independent security audit.

Real contracts.
Open to everyone.

Launch a token around your microcap thesis. Explore 10 Liqwa starter markets, inspect their contracts or create a market of your own.

Each starter token has a fixed supply of 1,000,000 and a rate of 100,000 tokens per ETH. The reserve starts at zero and grows through purchases. These are independent community tokens referencing companies; they do not represent shares or follow stock prices.

11 / FIELD GUIDE

What the token represents

The token does not track a company’s share price and grants no shares, dividends, voting rights or redemption into stock. Its ETH rate is fixed while its USD value can fluctuate with ETH. Liqwa has no connected 4Stock, broker or equity-collateral mechanism. Company names and logos identify references and do not imply partnerships. Demand, resale on external venues and price appreciation are not guaranteed.

12 / FIELD GUIDE

Your market link & records

After a successful deployment, the site displays the token address, receipt and a shareable market page. The directory remembers created markets on that browser only. Blockchain records remain public if that local history is cleared. Anyone with the address can open the market page and the explorer. Do not send ETH manually to the token address expecting a purchase: use the Buy action, which calls the contract method.

Troubleshooting

If connection fails, unlock an EVM wallet and allow the requested network switch. If deployment reverts, check the symbol is unused and the configuration fits the contract limits. If quotes cannot load, retry after the RPC connection recovers. A failed signature does not create a token. A pending transaction is not a confirmed deployment: inspect its receipt before retrying. Never share a seed phrase with Liqwa or a support account.
